Ebere Nwanya

Ebere Nwanya is an alumna of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) where she obtained her LL. B and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar.

Ebere cut her legal teeth at the law firm of Chris Uche (SAN) & Co., where she garnered significant experience in civil litigation (including high-stakes political cases), corporate advisory services and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

She is a dedicated Legal Practitioner with an extensive and vast background in litigation and legal research and demonstrated expertise in case analysis, research strategy, planning and negotiations cutting across diverse fields of law, including Corporate/Commercial Law & Practice, Criminal Litigation and Energy Law.

She is a result- oriented lawyer that is able to network and develop an impressive reputation that the firm’s clients have come to trust.

As an experienced legal practitioner, woman and mother, in addition to her primary areas of interest, she is also passionate about family law and human rights matters and has successfully acted for many persons in that capacity.

In recognition of her diligence and leadership, during her National Youth Service, she was awarded as the overall Second-best corps member in the 2007/2008 Batch “B” in Katsina State.

She is a member of Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and NBA Section of Business Law (SBL)

Her hobbies include reading, writing and travelling.
